We measure success through consistent access, youth engagement, and observable changes in well-being.

20–30

Plus ongoing residential group-home programming — both at Iron Mile Fitness and directly onsite.

Beyond the numbers

The change happens in the kids themselves.

Group-home staff consistently report increased participation, improved attitudes, stronger peer relationships, and young people who genuinely look forward to visits.

We’ve watched kids who initially stood on the sidelines become confident participants — and eventually become the ones encouraging someone else to join in.

Belonging matters

More than things.

As resources allow, The Overcome Project provides apparel, athletic shoes, backpacks, gym bags, bicycles, water bottles, and other resources to the young people we serve.

You matter. You’re part of this. You belong here.

More than your circumstances. More than your past. Your story isn’t finished.

The Overcome Project

Every kid deserves someone who keeps showing up.

Movement. Mentorship. Belonging.
