The five pillars

A foundation for life.

Fitness may be how we connect, but our goal has always been bigger than physical fitness.

Whole-person growth

Strength in the gym. Purpose beyond it.

01

Spiritual growth

We believe every young person has God-given value and purpose. We create opportunities for conversations about faith, identity, hope, and what it means to know that your life matters.

02

Health

We use fitness to teach young people how to care for their bodies, develop healthy habits, work toward goals, and discover the confidence that comes from doing difficult things.

03

Community

No young person should feel like they’re navigating life alone. We create an environment where kids are known, welcomed, encouraged, and given the opportunity to belong.

04

Substance free

We encourage young people to make choices that protect their health, their opportunities, and their future.

05

Serving

We teach our youth that strength isn’t only about what you can accomplish for yourself. It’s also about what you can do for someone else.

Spiritual growth

Your life matters.

The work creates room for faith, identity, hope, and purpose — alongside the courage and discipline built through movement.

Community

You’re part of this. You belong here.

No young person should feel like they are navigating life alone. Belonging grows when someone remembers your name, welcomes you back, and keeps showing up.

The Overcome Project

Every kid deserves someone who keeps showing up.

Movement. Mentorship. Belonging.
